The CrossFit Teens program moves to the next level of training as focus grows on the traditional CrossFit movements. Teens will continue to learn the basic physical skills, including strength, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, coordination, and balance.
Workouts for teens are of higher intensity than the kids and preteens classes. The overall emphasis is still on safety and proper form as teens track weights and monitor their own progress.
CrossFit Preteens $15 per class•From $12 per visit with CrossFit Kids - 10 WOD Punchcard pass•A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.
Skills taught in CrossFit Preteens are more detailed and focus on fitness improvement. Exercises will include plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics with light weights, running, rowing, and stretching.Classes also teach CrossFit terminology, familiarity of equipment, and how to self-monitor the body during exercise. We aim to have preteens actively participate in ensuring their safety in the gym while we continue to monitor them.

CrossFit Teens Intro $25 per appointment
The CrossFit Teens Intro serves as an introduction to the foundational movements of the CrossFit Teens program. These movements will be performed and expanded on in the CrossFit Teens classes.
