CrossFit Preteens

Skills taught in CrossFit Preteens are more detailed and focus on fitness improvement. Exercises will include plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics with light weights, running, rowing, and stretching.

Classes also teach CrossFit terminology, familiarity of equipment, and how to self-monitor the body during exercise. We aim to have preteens actively participate in ensuring their safety in the gym while we continue to monitor them.
