Olympic Weightlifting Club
The PCF Olympic Weightlifting Club holds classes twice a week for 2 hours each session. Programming is focused on the needs of the group, along with necessary modifications for individual athletes, and varies weekly. In each session athletes can expect to snatch and clean & jerk, squat, and perform skill transfer drills and other supplemental exercises for the Olympic lifts.
This class is open to individuals of all skill levels including people with little or no prior experience with the Olympic lifts to athletes interested in competing in weightlifting competitions.
